Mr. Tony L. Council P.E. is the owner/CEO of TLC Engineering Inc., and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Articles of Mr. Council’s work were published in the July 2000 issue of “Oil and Gas Journal” and the May 2000 issue of “Pipeline and Gas Journal”. Additionally, Mr. Council was appointed by Mayor Bill White to the Coastal Water Authority Board of Directors. He also sits on the Greater Sooner Holdings Board of Directors and Internal Hydro Corporation Board of Directors. Mr. Council has over 29 years of industry experience and TLC’s staff possesses a wide array of talents to ensure the successful completion of any task.
